We work proactively behind the scenes to make sure your anti-virus software and system updates are always up to date. A good anti-virus and up to date systems being the last line of defence we also consistently monitor your connection coming in from the outside world by providing quarterly vulnerability scans and spot checks after changes in configuration.

While implementing IT devices and policy to prevent malicious attacks is a good start, we also round out security by providing training sessions to your staff either in a presentation with one of our technicians or in a one on one session in order to provide your staff with the knowledge they need to compliment the technology they work with.

 

UnrestrIcTed Help Desk                                             

With beePLUS Managed IT Services, you have access to as many service calls as they need at no extra cost around the clock. This includes helpdesk calls, installation of new computers and devices, and any IT questions you may want to ask. Whether you want your employees set up to work from home or you need a new employee profile created, it is all covered in the monthly rate.

 

Business ContinuITy

 It is important to know should the worst ever happen your business can be back up and running as soon as possible. The concept of business continuity is the idea of shortening down time you may experience to the absolute minimum. With our trained staff, we will work with you to make sure this is the case; whether this means rebuilding your servers at 2am in the morning or replacing a downed workstation, our staff will be there for you. For responding to any IT problems you may have we create a service level agreement with you in which we will respond to within one hour of the loss of a service, and within four hours in the case of non-critical issues.
